Let’s dive right into it:
Do you know the singer with the greatest vocal range known to man….well documented on a studio recording?
Oh well, it eeeeees….
***drumroll***
From Hollywood, California…
The man with a whopping vocal range of 4.5 octaves…
Mr. You-Know-Where-You-Are-You’re-In-The-Jungle-Baby…
Axle Rose
Well, I can’t say I’m really surprised.
‘Cause if you’ve ever heard Axl talk (like in a laid-back interview) you might think he’s a bass flat out.
Now, think of one of his screeching pervert high notes (take Rocket Queen -especially the end part- for example) and you’ll know what I mean.
But quite honestly…
This is extreme. And Mr. Guns ‘n’ Roses is clearly a freak of nature.
But there’s no way to envy him or any other singer with a great range.
‘Cause that’s just one aspect of a voice and doesn’t tell anything about how hard you can rock your audience.
Quite the contrary…
There are singers with “just” 1.5 octaves, who make millions of people helplessly fall in love with their voice.
The point is…
Know your range and simply make the best out of it.
Which leads me to the following question:
Have you ever determined the range of YOUR voice?
If not, then I’ve got good news for you.
Because now there’s a FREE and easy way to do this online…all by yourself.
